Are your kids, and you for that matter, getting enough fruits and vegetables? The answer is probably no. As a trainer and weight management specialist, there are still days that I don't get the full nutrition that I need daily. We are all so busy running here and there that we can sometimes put our health on the back burner for the day. The biggest challenge is with my kids. Making sure they are eating greens!
