Style of Training
Full body workout combining weights and cardio with Circuits, HIIT or Boot Camps along with lifting weights multiple times a week for increased muscle, strength and hormonal health. Integrating both HIIT and Strength Training will increase metabolic health allowing our bodies to continue to burn fat and build muscle in midlife.
