I am a certified NCCPT Personal Trainer and an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. I also have a certification in weight management. It's not all about just exercise or diet. It's a combination of both.

Style of Training

I love to get a full body workout combining weights and cardio with Circuits, HIIT or Boot Camps. When your heart rate increases and decreases during a workout you burn more calories throughout the day and it also increases your metabolism.
