Get Fit with Friends!
Still struggling to find the exercise that you love? You force yourself on the treadmill, StairMaster and stationary bike and feel like your being tortured, right? Well, you're not alone. But that doesn't mean there isn't an exercise out there for you. Have you ever considered working out in a group or with a friend? Many times it's the solo nature of exercise that turns us off. Sometimes we need accountability and a support system to keep us moving.
The great thing about exercise classes is that they're a whole lot more fun than torturing yourself on the treadmill by yourself. It's also a great way to make new friends that are on the same journey as you towards a healthy lifestyle. Those new friends will look out for you, which can motivate you and help keep you accountable.
If you are ready to try something new come check out my Hybrid Training, which is small group training. The fun part of a class but with the attention of a personal trainer. These sessions are hour long sessions, held twice a week.
Or if you don't have a whole hour to spare but you want to get the most out of your workout you can try my Circuit Training. You can burn the most calories in the least amount of time with circuit training. Circuit training is great way to improve mobility, strength, endurance and increase cardiovascular health.
